Founded in 2018, AVENTUS is the joint venture company of the world market leaders HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER. We unified both parent companies in our motto "Perfect Combination of Competence and Technology" and have also combined this in our company name. The Latin word Avena means Hafer (oats in English) while Ventus stands for Wind (wind in English).
Our company name symbolises on the one hand our connectedness to our roots and also our high regard for the respective company traditions. Furthermore, AVENTUS refers to our strengths. As an independent subsidiary of companies with decades of experience, we embody qualities such as focusing, flexibility and dynamism in the spirit of an innovative start-up.
On request, our solutions cover your whole value chain or also just partial areas and are particularly interesting for applications in the chemical, salt, fertiliser and animal feedstuffs sectors as well as the foodstuffs and agriculture industry. Also, in other branches, we are your point of contact for filling of free flowing bulk goods into industrial packaging.
In doing so our customers also profit from the expertise and complete product portfolio of both of our parent companies. We are therefore in a position to fulfil very specific requirements. We offer both standard systems as well as low performance and high speed systems - and far more.
We have our company headquarters and registered offices in Warendorf. There we started work at the end of 2020 on our approx. 10,500 square metres campus for production and administration as well as our company restaurant HAVEN. Our new facilities also have place for a representative showroom with an integrated sample packaging plant.
Warendorf is a district town with a beautiful “old town area” in the Westphalian Münsterland and has about 39,000 inhabitants. It offers the perfect connection of city and rural life. Many horse lovers know Warendorf since here is the seat of well-known institutions such as the North-Rhine Westphalian State Stud or also the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sport (DOKR). The next largest city Münster is about 30 minutes away.

The 100 percent subsidiary NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING belongs to the AVENTUS family with its registered offices in the Alsatian town of Illzach in France.
Apart from its industrial main focus points in the animal feed and agriculture branches, the company has more than 50 years of experience in the development and production of palletisers and complete packaging solutions. NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING is not only concerned about the packaging but also about gentle handling of the packaging contents.

AVENTUS North America is also a 100 percent subsidiary of AVENTUS. It accompanies our customers in North and Central America in our exciting packaging world in which, thanks to its extensive know-how, it is able to ensure comprehensive local support in all matters to do with new machines, spare parts, modifications and service provision. At the same time, ANA is the perfect connection to our headquarters in Germany.
ANA supports the North and Central American market from two locations, namely Houston, Texas, USA, and Conyers near Atlanta, Georgia, USA. It has access locally to its own network of experienced sales and service technicians - as well as a comprehensive local spare parts warehouse for rapid delivery of our originals.

HAVER & BOECKER
HAVER & BOECKER is a family-run medium-sized enterprise with its registered offices in Oelde, Westphalia. Under the umbrella of HAVER & BOECKER OHG there are the Wire Weaving Division and the Machine Factory Division. The Wire Weaving Division produces wire mesh fabric of all kinds and further processes them into many different ingenious wire mesh fabric products.
The Machine Factory Division, with its technology brands HAVER & BOECKER, W.S. TYLER, IBAU HAMBURG, SOMMER, BEHN + BATES, Feige FILLING and HAVER AUTOMATION, has specialised in processing, transport, storage, mixing, filling, packaging, palletisation and loading of loose bulk goods. The product range includes individual machines and complete packaging and loading plants for bulk goods, fluid and pasty products, foodstuffs, animal feed and ship loading and unloading. HAVER Automation combines all of these individual process steps into a transparent and efficient overall process.
WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER
Founded in 1869, WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER today is a worldwide leading manufacturer of machines and plants for the manufacture of flexible packagings. The product portfolio includes machines for film extrusion, printing and further processing. The W&H subsidiary Garant specialises in paper bag and second-hand machines. The customers receive everything from one source: from competent advice and engineering through to delivery of high quality machines and complete packing lines.
W&H has also been developing and manufacturing machines for more than 40 years for the manufacture of flexible packagings made out of woven PP.
The high-tech machines are designed and manufactured at the main facilities in Lengerich. With more than 10,000 square metres, the technology centre is the largest on the market for flexible packagings. Since 2005 the production facilities have been extended by a second modern production facility in Prostějov, Czech Republic.
